New VersiTech^® Trigger Sprayers -- the Custom Sprayers that Mix and Spray Two Liquids at the Same Time

Manufacturers looking for an innovative way of dispensing two-part reactive chemicals and concentrates need not look further. *Take 5, the leading manufacturer of dual-liquid trigger sprayers, has announced an entirely new line of special-application custom trigger sprayers -- VersiTech^® Spray Systems. As its name suggests, VersiTech^® offers versatility in both function and features -- from simple ergonomics to complex reservoir options. Based on Take 5’s unique, patented mixing design that prevents the two dispensed fluids from mixing until they enter the piston chamber, VersiTech*^® sprayers produce a consistent, controllable ratio of one fluid to the other when sprayed.

Chemical manufacturers are now able to bring two-part formulas and concentrates to market in affordable custom spray dispensers with one of three innovative new reservoir systems - the disposable *FormuLiner^® System, the re-usable Chem-Core^® Cartridge System, and the re-usable Tandem* System. The FormuLiner^® System features a small chemical reservoir bag within the spray bottle with an optional exterior bottle port for refilling with water. The Chem-Core^® Cartridge System also has an optional exterior bottle port, but works with replaceable rigid drop-in chemical cartridges. Manufacturers can also choose to dispense their product at a fixed-ratio or variable-ratio of one liquid to the other. *VersiTech^® Series 3000* sprayers dispense the fluids at the manufacturer’s predetermined fixed ratio, whereas the *VersiTech^® Series 4000* sprayers allow the user to adjust the ratio with a dilution-control dial. The line also offers 38mm closures for increased bottle-fill rates, 3-finger comfort triggers, and SnapSeal Closures^® to eliminate leakage in shipping.
